Sumatoni takes stock of the existing environment, sets priorities with the client and carries out the approved changes. The aim is not to replace everything, but to make the infrastructure controlled, documented and maintainable.
An organisation with more than 100 employees and hundreds of visitors each day still relied on unmanaged switches, poorly documented cabling and personal switches that could create network loops.
A documented, manageable network that is better protected against avoidable incidents and ready for the next phases of work.
Sumatoni set the priorities with the client, carried out the necessary changes and retained a coherent view of the whole environment.
Business resources and applications had to remain available to employees, including remotely. Frequent staff turnover also made it important to create new users easily with permissions suited to their role.
Employees access their work environment securely. Creating a user and assigning the right permissions is simpler and more consistent, even when teams change frequently.
Sumatoni designed the architecture, commissioned the servers and remote desktops, configured permissions and secured external access.
From organisations with fewer than 10 people to environments with more than 100 employees, the scale changes but the need for visibility and recovery remains.
Critical incidents are reported directly by phone messaging, while data and servers are covered by a recovery strategy suited to the environment.
Sumatoni designed and deployed a proportionate continuity approach, without over-equipping the client.

Yassine leads Sumatoni and defines its technical approach. Each engagement is then entrusted to a clearly identified technical lead, who steers the architecture and the work through delivery.
Explain the situation to Sumatoni. The first conversation will identify what needs attention, in what order, and whether we are the right partner.
